Yizkor Form

This year in honor of Yom Kippur we are putting together a listing of all the names of loved ones to be remembered during Yizkor. Having all these names compiled in one booklet, brings everyone together as one family and brings an added measure of dignity and merit to the souls of our loved ones.

Each name will be included with a donation of $18 (Chai).

The deadline for inclusion in the Yizkor Booklet is September 16 at 12:00 pm.
